Why I Started Go Reliable, LLC

My inspiration for starting a Non-Emergency Medical Transportation (NEMT) business comes from a deeply personal place. My brother suffered a stroke, and I was his caregiver until he was laid to rest last September. Throughout his recovery, I accompanied him to every appointment. While waiting with him, I witnessed patients sitting for hours—sometimes in pain, sometimes alone—waiting for transportation that never came on time. It was disturbing, disheartening, and unacceptable.

As a Registered Nurse with a Master’s degree specializing in mental health, I understand how vital timely, compassionate, and reliable transportation is—not just for physical health, but for dignity, emotional well-being, and peace of mind. Go Reliable, LLC was born out of a promise to change that experience. Our mission is to ensure that every ride keeps patients connected to their care, while preserving dignity, comfort, and freedom.
